Warranties and Returns
Written notice of defects, errors, inaccuracies, or other deficiencies ("Defects") in products or services provided under an agreement or transaction may be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the corresponding invoice. "Defect" refers to the failure of products or services to substantially conform to the agreed-upon specifications or to be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Any Defects will be corrected at no additional cost in accordance with the applicable maintenance and support processes. Except for the express warranties provided in any applicable agreement, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.
Service Level Agreement
Submittable is committed to delivering high-quality, reliable service to our customers. The following outlines key elements of our Service Level Agreement (SLA), as detailed in our terms and conditions:
- Service Availability: Submittable uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a service availability level of at least 99%, excluding planned maintenance and other exceptions as outlined in the SLA.
- Data Loss Tolerance Levels:
- Recovery Time Objective (RTO): Submittable implements robust internal controls to achieve a Recovery Time Objective of 1 hour in the event of a service disruption.
- Recovery Point Objective (RPO): Submittable has established an RPO of 2 hours, reflecting the maximum acceptable amount of data loss during an outage.
